I have been writing since 1981, and writing slash since 1984. I have written, um, about a hundred published stories, and a bunch more that haven't been published, and am just beginning (May 2004) the project of getting all my now out-of-print stories up on my website.

But if you read my stories, you should know that I want to harrow up your emotions like a fork in butter frosting: to make you cry, make you laugh, turn you on, startle you like a thin knife that pierces your heart before you know your skin is broken, suck you in as if I were a black hole and you were my light, make you shake, make you shiver, melt your brain, make you keep coming back -

Yes, I do have another journal. However, I do not intend to link the other journal to this journal in any way at all, and if you're a friend, you won't either, okay?

There are unlikely to be any friends-only posts on this journal, so don't worry if you friend me and I don't friend you back: you're not missing anything.

In June 2006, I migrated from livejournal, because of Six Apart having negative and censorious ideas about breastfeeding. (I too think this is bizarre.) I originally migrated to greatestjournal, but in 2007, GJ began to have minor but steadily more irritating server problems, which GJ's owner/administrator declined to discuss or fix. I set up a spare journal on journalfen in late 2007, and in January 2008, a second journal on insanejournal. As of 20th January 2008, I have migrated everything I wrote to IJ and JF. The journal at LJ has long been moribund (LJ Abuse appear not to have noticed that it is flouting the anti-breastfeeding rules, but doubtless will at some point and will either suspend or delete it, quite possibly with no notice to me) and I don't feel it's wise to update the journal at GJ any more, given the server problems.
