3:04p	Mirror M*A*S*H: the making This is a fairly detailed discussion with myself about the writing of a longish (28 thousand words or so) AU set in a Mirror universe of M*A*S*H. 10:42p	Yuletide admissions I wrote a Count of Monte Cristo/Master and Commander story. (It was my only option of the four: I'd never heard of the other three fandoms/pairings named.) I had to go away and read The Count of Monte Cristo beginning to end all over again, plus read all of the Master and Commander novels I could get hold of. It was such a chore: it's not like I don't love Dumas and enjoy Patrick O'Brian. Of course not. No. Mmmmm. Anyway, so I wrote The Surgeon and the Albatross, and can I say again how much I loved Perfectly Normal? PS: And I updated the recs page on my website. (Comment on this)
